PLYOMETRICS

For all coaches interested in this form of training I am attaching a couple of information sheets. It is excellent for all speed and power events. I know that many already use this form of training, but we can all learn a few different exercises. You will see that in the beginners routine some of the exercises are not strictly plyometrics, that’s because at an introduction level it is not wise to do too many power moves in one session.

COUNTY EQUIPMENT

The county currently have 4x4kg medicine balls, 4 throwing balls, 2 Javee trainers and a Power sled They are all stored in the container at Carn Brea and available for use anywhere in the county. Contact myself or Mo.
