Course Description: |
The course consists of 5 miles of country lanes with a one mile stretch on a quiet 'A' road. The first 3/3.5 miles will be undulating, with the final stretch taking in some quite challenging hills. Apart from the first half mile the race will follow an anti-clockwise course, taking in the villages of Probus, Grampound Rd and Ladock.
